UPTIME INSTITUTE TIER® IV
The TIER® IV standard certifies that the Data Center has a robust error-tolerant infrastructure sustained by the complete redundancy of its capacity and distribution features. TIER IV certification is granted by the Uptime Institute, the top regulator of Data Centers worldwide.
CERTIFIED ENERGY
EFFICIENCY IN DATA CENTERS AWARD (CEEDA)
This certification is granted based on an audited and certified assessment of the implementation of best practices in energy efficiency at a Data Center.
LEADERSHIP IN ENERGY &
ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (LEED)
This certification system consists of a set of rules addressing the use of sustainability strategies in buildings. It regulates aspects related to energy efficiency and water consumption, the use of alternative energies and other actions that reduce the environmental impact of a building.

Implementation of this international standard guarantees the identification, prioritization, and management of environmental risks and impacts related to the operation of IT services. International Code of Practice for the Protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in the Cloud that guarantees that the data will be used for the previously established purposes.
IISO 22301
This international standard specifies the requirements for a management system responsible for business continuity and for protecting companies from IT incidents that could interrupt their operations. Compliance with the standard also reduces the likelihood of occurrence of incidents of this kind and guarantees system recovery.

This international standard addresses quality management systems for continuously monitoring and managing the quality of all operations. As the most recognized quality management standard, it defines benchmarks and sets out methods for achieving consistent performance and service.

BINDING SELF-REGULATION SCHEME FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

ISO 37001: 2016
We are the first company certified in ISO 37001: 2016 in Mexico under the International Anti-Bribery Standard. This is the first certification that has included all of our Business Units. This certification confirms the fact that KIO Networks works in line with international and local laws in order to fight against corruption.
SOC-1 TYPE 2 UNDER THE SSAE 18 STANDARD
We received SSAE 18 certification, and our Type 2 classification confirms the high standards of our SOC. SSAE 18 reports certify the guarantees granted for financial information security controls established in the 18th Statement on Standards for Attestation (SSAE 18). This statement regulates the internal controls that service organizations must follow to safeguard the activities that may impact their clients’ financial statements.

This is a SOC 2 Type 2 Certification issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). This certification recognizes our organization’s ability to appropriately regulate the data it generates and has access to. Tier Certification of Constructed Facility means that we can ensure that our facility was built as designed and guarantee that we are capable of meeting the defined availability requirements.

This certification is based on a set of strict criteria that include electrical, structural, mechanical and site aspects. It also allows us to confirm the functionality and capacity of the engineering and architectural specifications of the design of our Data Centers.
